Cast: Andrew Rannells as Elder Price, Josh Gad as Elder Cunningham, Rory O'Malley as Elder McKinley, Nikki M. Reed as Nabulungi, Michael Potts as Hatimbi
Format: .mp4
Review: This is the funniest musical I have ever seen. The entire cast is vocally perfect, have amazing timing, the script in itself is genius, and the music is catchy. No complaints.
Really nice capture. Video stabilized early, only a few times lines were drowned out by laughter. Audio is clear, no odd levels. Amazing close ups in "Sal Tlay Ka Siti". A

Cast: OBC (Alice Ripley as Diana, Brian d'Arcy James as Dan, Jennifer Damiano as Natalie, Aaron Tveit as Gabe, Adam Chanler-Berat as Henry, Louis Hobson as Dr. Madden/Dr. Fine)
Format: .ts
Review: Touching show, one of those "choke you up at every oppurtunity" musicals. The cast are all amazing actors, and play their parts perfectly, but Alice and Jennifer are weak vocally, in my humble opinion.
The capture is from Off Broadway, so a few songs got changed, and a few were added or taken away. The quality is good overall, and gets better as it goes on. Audio has some odd levels at times, but nothing major. Some washout. B+

Wicked
Show Review: This was my first ever musical, so I have an eternal love for it. It will be a classic, I'm certain. The score is phenomenal, and the script is full of hilarious one liners.
Date: May 28th, 2006 (Broadway)
Cast: Eden Espinosa as Elphaba, Megan Hilty as Glinda (FINAL NIGHT), Derrick Williams as Fiyero, David Garrison as the Wizard, Carol Kane as Mme. Morrible, Robb Sapp as Boq, Sean McCourt as Dr. Dillamond, and Jenna Leigh Green as Nessarose
Format: .ts
Review: This is definitely my favourite cast as a whole. Eden gives me perpetual chills and Megan oozes hilarity. Not a big fan of Derrick, personally, but that's just me.
Good quality, wonderful audio. For "For Good" both actresses are in tears and can barely sing, so you will be too. A-

Review: Good capture, good day for the cast. It will go silent at random times, but only for a few seconds, most of the time. Skips a minute or two of "Summer" and the closing number "No Voice" which is a bit agitating. All very audible though. B+

Les Miserables
Show Review: Most beautiful score I've heard in a musical so far. It meshes together so cleverly, and is perfectly written. A true classic
Date: October 8th, 1995 (10th Anniversary Concert)
Cast: Colm Wilkinson as Jean Valjean, Philip Quast as Javert, Ruthie Henshall as Fantine, Jenny Galloway as Mme. Thenardier, Alun Armstrong as Thenardier, Michael Ball as Marius, Lea Salonga as Eponine, Judy Kuhn as Cosette, Michael Maguire as Enjolras
Review: Colm has a nice voice, just a little odd. Not a big fan of Ruthie. Other then that, a fantastic cast.
It's a studio recording, so you get a near-perfect quality. "Eponine's Errand" and "Little People (Reprise)" were both cut from the show. B+

Cast: Marin Mazzie as Diana, Jason Danieley as Dan, Meghann Fahy as Natalie, Brian Crum as Gabe (u/s), Louis Hobson as Dr. Fine/Dr. Madden, Adam Kantor as Henry (u/s)
Review: Marin has a voice that is unfit for Next to Normal, and never seems to fit the role to me, but puts a lot of emotion into the role, and is in tears most of every show. Jason is your standard Dan with more vibratto. Meghann is my favourite Natalie, and Brian is my favourite Gabe (too bad he's only done the role once on record that I know of), I can only find a few faults in his whole performance personally. Louis isn't great in this one, and Adam is good as Henry. Good quality. B+

Cast: Chantal Janzen as Glinda, John ter Riet as Witch's Father, Vicky Ridoch as Witch's Mother, Penny Vos as Midwife, Willemijn Verkaik as Elphaba, Christanne de Bruijn as Nessarose, Niels Jacobs as Boq, Pamela Teves as Madame Morrible, Jochem Feste Roozemond as Doctor Dillamond, Jim Bakkum as Fiyero, Bill van Dijk as The Wizard, Nuno Azevedo as Chistery
Review: Beautiful floating Glinda, AMAZING orchestration, Elphaba is powerful.
SUPURB quality, not a single complaint. Seems full. One drawback: everything is in Dutch, so dialouge tracks aren't as useful, but it helps you appreciate the music. A
